Your Role In 30 Seconds

The Senior Analyst will be a key member of the Central European Fintech team. Reporting to the manager, you will support the Account Management portfolio with Fintech and platform partners. Your role is focused on developing solutions, driving customer negotiations, and executing strategic plans to meet P&L goals.

Things You Do As a Senior Analyst

  • Build trusted relationships with Fintech clients and act as an advisor.
  • Develop and maintain strong connections between Mastercard and its customers.
  • Create competitive, compelling payment solutions with product expertise.
  • Drive sales and revenue generation to meet tactical targets.
  • Manage a complex future service pipeline and customize solutions.
  • Develop and execute market strategies for the Central European region.

Things We Expect From You

  • Experience in fast-paced, technology-centric environments (Payments, e-commerce, retail, financial services, consulting).
  • Curiosity, can-do attitude, agility, creativity, and strong team orientation.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused self-starter with a track record in sales.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to execute key operational aspects with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Qualifications include MBA or Bachelor’s degree, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Based in Frankfurt with travel requirements.
