Overview

The GCD&C Product Enablement team is the strategic bridge between Global Customer Delivery & Care and product organizations. The Standards & Governance function ensures quality, consistency, and compliance of deliverables across product verticals.

About The Role

In the role of Product Enablement - Standards & Governance, you will develop and implement frameworks, standards, and best practices to promote consistency, quality, and compliance. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, drive the adoption of processes, and report on governance effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support design and implementation of governance frameworks and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with established frameworks and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of best practices.
  • Regularly report on compliance and process maturity to leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to evolve governance practices.

About You

You are highly organized with expertise in process mapping and developing end-to-end process flows. You excel in facilitating workshops, collaborating across functions, and communicating effectively at all levels. Proactive and data-driven, you seek continuous improvement and have experience with Customer Delivery, CIS, or Customer Care operations, which is a strong advantage.

All activities involving access to Mastercard assets require adherence to security policies. You must guarantee confidentiality, report any breaches, and complete mandatory security trainings.
