Title And Summary
This position is part of the Advisors & Consulting Services group, focused on Strategy & Transformation. The team engages with a diverse global customer base across industries including banking, payments, retail, and restaurants.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Client Impact: Lead client engagements, develop strategies and programs, own key relationships, and assess client agendas.
- Team Collaboration & Culture: Guide teams to creative insights, deliver impactful presentations, and mentor junior consultants.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to scope projects, develop client solutions, and build intellectual capital.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Undergraduate degree and experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or business management, along with proven leadership in managing teams and client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in generating innovative solutions, industry expertise (payments/financial services), and advanced degrees are a plus.
