Title and Summary

Managing Consultant Cyber Specialist Delivery is part of the Advisors & Consulting Services team. The role is embedded within the Strategy & Transformation specialization, focusing on Cybersecurity and Threat Intelligence for leading financial institutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Client Impact: Lead global client engagements across diverse industries by:

• Developing cybersecurity and threat intelligence strategies.
• Leveraging data and technology to unlock client value.
• Owning key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders.
• Assessing client agendas, internal culture, and change readiness.

Team Collaboration & Culture: Oversee and mentor teams by:

• Leading creative insights and business recommendations.
• Delivering compelling client presentations.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to scope projects.
• Providing on-the-job training and mentorship to junior consultants.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Undergraduate degree with consulting, strategy, business intelligence, or product management experience; proven team leadership; strong analytical skills; proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; excellent English communication; eligibility to work long-term in Australia; and willingness to travel occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in generating innovative solutions, industry expertise in payments or financial services, cybersecurity and threat intelligence, fraud prevention, and an MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.
