Role

The Manager, Product Management is responsible for driving the development and success of Mastercard Move innovative solutions, including Mastercard Send. Key responsibilities include:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute product strategy for Mastercard Send and related services.
  • Product Roadmap: Utilize customer feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis to develop actionable roadmaps.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, and regional partners to drive product initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics to guide enhancements.
  • Product Standards: Ensure products meet industry standards, compliance guidelines, and customer expectations.

All About You

A forward-thinking product manager with robust technical and strategic skills, strong project management capabilities, and extensive cross-functional collaboration experience. You should have solid analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience in payments or technology industries. A relevant BS/MS degree is required.
