Our Team

The Services team leads the design and development of innovative, real-time, data-driven products to address evolving risk and security needs. The Dispute Lifecycle Product Development Team focuses on enhancing the purchase journey, reducing disputes, and protecting against fraud.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will support the Dispute Lifecycle Product Development team in creating and developing innovative new products, services, and programs that support value added services and dispute resolution. You will collaborate with various product areas to deliver business requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives. Responsibilities include leading business case development, partnering with engineering for agile development of core features, and participating in strategic initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.

The Role

  • Analyze technology needs and strategic fit for dispute solutions.
  • Lead business case development for new product deliverables.
  • Support development of products and features for dispute lifecycle.
  • Drive concept validation for new services and product enhancements.
  • Partner with engineering and technical stakeholders to deliver roadmaps.
  • Support business operations to ensure high platform availability.

All About You

You bring demonstrable experience in product design and development using Agile/SAFe, proven people leadership, and the ability to drive effective decision-making within business and technical teams. A solid understanding of e-commerce, payments processing, and fraud prevention is essential.
