Overview
Join the Merchants & Acceptance team within Market Development Europe managing and growing strategic merchant partnerships. As a Manager, Account Management, Merchant & Acceptance Travel, you will focus on maximizing the value of Mastercard’s solutions and expanding relationships through cross-sell opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for a major OTA partner; build trust and align strategies.
- Business Development & Growth: Identify growth opportunities, lead client proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Performance & Partnership Optimization: Monitor KPIs and implement actions to enhance partnership performance.
- Internal Collaboration & Enablement: Guide internal stakeholders to maximize partnership value.
Experience & Expertise
Significant experience in managing strategic client partnerships, especially in travel marketplaces. Deep knowledge in issuing, acquiring and acceptance with strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent English are required.
