Title and Summary

The Global Partnerships team is seeking a Manager, Account Management Digital Assets to drive our digital assets and blockchain customer strategy forward through innovative problem-solving and exceptional customer experience.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage global account management tasks following Mastercard best practices.
• Drive product innovation using customer feedback.
• Embed Mastercard in the global crypto and blockchain industry.
• Meet Mastercard acquiring, issuing, and product revenue targets.
• Partner with global, regional, and market-based teams to shape digital economy solutions.
• Review and expand target segments with new products and opportunities.

• Experience in business development and account management.
• Expertise in blockchain and crypto ecosystems.
• A robust network within the blockchain and crypto community.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Strong communication, presentation skills, and a high sense of urgency.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA with a focus on strategy, finance, entrepreneurship or technology management.
