Manager, Account Management
Overview
The Emerging Verticals team manages merchant relationships and drives growth in underpenetrated areas. As the Manager, Account Management, you will broaden Mastercard’s acceptance and solutions among key merchants across various digital and data-driven services.
Role
- Drive business development for prospects and accounts.
- Utilize data analytics and competitive analysis for revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with Finance to develop financial models and business cases.
- Maintain a sales pipeline in coordination with internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to sell new products to existing customers.
- Serve as a trusted payments advisor and subject matter expert.
- Oversee administrative and operational issues including planning and budget management.
- Negotiate, execute, and manage customer agreements.
- Lead communication and coordinate customer events and functions.
All About You
You are experienced in sales and account management with a strong record of revenue generation, especially in the payments industry. You excel at managing multiple priorities, working collaboratively, and leveraging technology. Excellent communication, business acumen and strategic planning skills are essential.
