Overview
The Mastercard Authentication Program Team seeks a new Lead Product Manager Technical to drive the delivery of authentication payment solutions in a fast-paced Scaled Agile environment. The candidate will combine customer understanding with technical leadership to deliver aligned business solutions.
Role
- Act as Product Owner across Agile development teams to document business requirements.
- Utilize Working Backwards method to break down requirements into features and functions.
- Collaborate with PM-T colleagues and Solution Architects on authentication platform impacts.
- Support Product Owners in defining and accepting user stories during development.
- Produce clear internal and external documentation and specifications.
- Serve as a key subject matter expert in the system product functionality process.
- Participate actively in SAFe PI Planning to prepare and plan feature deliveries.
All About You
- Proven ability in technical systems analysis and solutioning.
- Strong business analysis skills to transform high-level requirements into detailed functional ones.
- Experience with interface specifications, data mappings, and working with APIs.
- Excellent documentation and collaboration skills in an Agile setting.
- Effective communicator with both business and technical audiences.
- Payment authentication experience is a plus.
- Empowered, accountable, and committed to timely, quality delivery with a willingness to learn.
