Executive Assistant - Mastercard London
This position supports senior leadership including the Executive Vice President of Product & Commercial, Real Time Payments and two Senior Vice Presidents of Product Management, Real Time Payments. The role demands discretion, strategic coordination, and operational agility.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic/international).
- Process visa applications, manage expense reporting, and handle departmental purchases.
- Plan events, coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, and support new team onboarding.
- Create/edit presentations and manage corporate applications (Access Management, Vivo, Concur, Oracle, etc.).
- Research complex issues and manage ad hoc administrative programs with detailed reporting.
Administrative Excellence & Governance
Ensure compliance with Mastercard’s policies using tools like Coupa, TE360, and Remedy; engage with the Global Administrative Network and learning academies.
Communication & Documentation
Draft high-level communications including memos and job specifications while ensuring accurate documentation in Workday.
All About You
Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft 365, Workday, and Concur is essential. A minimum of 3 years of corporate administrative experience with excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information is required.
Work Arrangements & Additional Information
This role requires a hybrid work setup with at least 3 days in the London office and 2 days from home. Adherence to Mastercard’s security policies and mandatory training is expected.
