Overview
The Ethoca team seeks a Director, Technical Program Management to drive customer experience strategy by managing complex programs, overseeing escalations, and leading cross-organizational initiatives with independence and clarity.
Role
- Operate independently in ambiguous situations.
- Bridge gaps across regions, architectures, and organizations.
- Manage escalations and oversee program delivery.
- Communicate clear updates to senior leadership.
- Simplify complex architectures and drive continuous improvements.
- Educate teams on agile, scrum, and CI/CD best practices.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex programs and drive strategic execution. You have strong expertise in scrum, agile processes, and CI/CD practices alongside exceptional communication skills. Your experience includes managing escalations, delivering large-scale projects, and simplifying complex architectures while building consensus across teams.
