Overview

The Mastercard Ethoca team is seeking a Director, Technical Program Management to drive customer experience strategy, manage complex programs, and lead cross-organizational efforts with clarity and confidence.

Role

  • Operate independently and address ambiguous areas with urgency.
  • Bridge gaps between regions, architectures, and organizations.
  • Manage escalations and oversee entire program delivery portfolios.
