The role of Customer Success Manager, Dynamic Yield is critical for bridging our sophisticated software with client satisfaction. In this position, you will help clients operationalize onsite testing and personalization, ensuring that they achieve their business goals.
Role
- Help clients operationalize onsite testing and personalization best practices.
- Evangelize DY solution adoption to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Review program status via client calls, web presentations, or onsite meetings.
- Serve as the primary contact for client personalization programs.
- Consult on product features, functionality, and onboarding best practices.
- Analyze data and propose value-driving recommendations.
About You
You should have experience in digital marketing best practices, website conversion tactics, and program management. Expertise in digital analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, A/B testing tools) is essential. You must be a creative and critical thinker with excellent communication and project management skills, capable of adapting to an ambiguous environment.
