Dynamic Yield by Mastercard seeks a dynamic Customer Success Manager. This role bridges sophisticated software and client satisfaction by helping clients understand and best use Dynamic Yield products. It is ideal for someone who excels in on-site optimization, digital execution, and analyzing onsite testing data to help clients achieve their business goals.

Role

  • Assist clients in operationalizing onsite testing and personalization best practices.
  • Evangelize adoption of the Dynamic Yield solution to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper resource allocation to meet project and customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular program status reviews via client calls, web presentations, or onsite meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client personalization programs.
  • Consult on product features, functionality, and onboarding best practices.
  • Analyze data and propose recommendations to drive value.

About You

  • Experience with digital marketing best practices, website conversion tactics, and strategy.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics solutions like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and A/B testing tools.
  • Proven ability in managing end-to-end testing implementations.
  • Background in eCommerce, CRO and website personalization.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
  • Empathy towards customer needs and a passion for customer success.
  • Solid project management and multitasking skills.
