This role supports Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits by using data analysis and cutting-edge platforms to drive multimillion-dollar business decisions and growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Client Impact: Provide creative input across industries and problem statements.
  • Develop strategies and programs leveraging data and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with Mastercard team to understand client needs and risks.
  • Develop relationships with analysts and managers ensuring trust.
  • Team Collaboration & Culture: Work with senior consultants to prepare presentations and deliver recommendations.
  • Independently identify issues and structure analysis to highlight findings.
  • Lead meetings and contribute to project management.
  • Receive mentorship from consulting leaders for personal growth.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications: Undergraduate degree; experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or related fields; advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; multilingual communication ability; eligibility for travel visas.

Preferred qualifications: Problem identifying, brainstorming, and implementing solutions; experience in managing tasks in team environments; relevant industry expertise.
