Overview

As a Capacity Business Partner at Mastercard, you will work in the Services organization driving strategic capacity planning and business process improvement. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Client Services, and Finance teams globally to convert strategic demand forecasts into scalable and cost-effective capacity plans.

This role focuses on data-driven decision making, enabling resource alignment, and operational excellence. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, establish performance metrics and KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring Mastercard Services meets its growth objectives.

Role Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams globally to align capacity planning with business forecasts.
• Analyze current and future capacity requirements by assessing market trends and operational drivers.
• Orchestrate end-to-end decision workflows with key stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to review capacity utilization and efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance on resource allocation and capacity expansion initiatives.
• Lead a high-performing team fostering innovation and operational excellence.

All About You

You possess a proven track record in capacity planning strategies and advanced data driven processes in fast-paced environments. Your strong analytical skills, business acumen, and interpersonal abilities allow you to transform data insights into actionable recommendations. Experience with Excel is essential; familiarity with Alteryx, Airtable, Power-Bi or Tableau is a strong plus. Consulting mindset and professional services experience are valuable assets.
