This 18-month global development program provides recent graduates with exposure and the opportunity to launch a Mastercard career.
Associate Product Specialist, Product Management
You will learn to develop business cases for new product opportunities, design scalable customer-centric products, and manage projects from ideation to market launch. Working within collaborative product teams, you will build and manage products while driving customer-focused initiatives.
As An Associate Product Specialist, You May
- Identify and measure product and business metrics to increase adoption.
- Conduct experiments to prioritise key features for product releases.
- Assist customers in resolving escalated operational issues.
- Manage strategic project initiatives.
What You’ll Need
- Availability starting 1st September 2026.
- Final Year Undergraduate/Masters student or recent graduate (post September 2025).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic and conceptual aptitude.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise concurrent projects.
- High-energy, can-do attitude with strong ownership.
