Overview

The Associate Analyst, Sales is a key member of the New Zealand and Pacific Islands team. Working closely with the Country Manager and Account Leads, you will help shape strategy, provide market insights, and support daily operations. This hybrid role blends strategy development, data analytics, operational tasks, and targeted executive support.

Role Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Market Support: Collaborate on market strategy documents, business plans, and customer account reviews.
  • Assist with analysis, reporting, competitor intelligence, and trend updates.
  • Support the creation of customer presentations and executive briefings.
  • Maintain tracking of agreements and deliverables with accurate updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Digital, Finance, and Marketing.

Targeted EA Support to Country Manager

  • Manage the Country Manager’s calendar and scheduling priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and regional travel logistics and expense submissions.
  • Provide administration support for key meetings, both customer and internal.

All About You

You have 1–3 years of experience ideally in business, analytics, operations, or customer‑facing roles. You possess strong communication skills and are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel. You are curious about payments and digital solutions, organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail. Customer interaction and building constructive relationships are key strengths.

Corporate Security Responsibility

Every individual working with Mastercard must abide by strict security policies. This includes ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information, reporting security breaches, and completing required security trainings.
