Overview
The Associate Analyst, Portfolio Management at Mastercard will join the People Operations and Insights team. This global role requires collaboration across multiple time zones to manage and support large-scale projects, maintain prioritized roadmaps, and enforce consistent documentation and communications practices.
Role
- Oversee planning and execution of large-scale projects within People Operations and Insights.
- Establish standard documentation processes for consistency and accessibility.
- Support integrated enablement and change management plans for POI deliverables.
- Provide governance and planning for POI communications.
- Develop templates and tools such as readiness checklists and quality control processes.
- Monitor and report metrics and KPIs to measure portfolio performance.
- Identify potential risks and develop corresponding mitigation strategies.
