Program Overview
The Associate Analyst Account Management Launch Program 2026 is an 18-month journey designed for recent graduates. This permanent opportunity immerses emerging talent in professional skills learning, networking and career conversations, and personal growth initiatives including Innovation Week, social impact projects, and global volunteer challenges.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Support planning, development and reporting of business updates.
- Collaborate across teams to design customer-focused strategies.
- Develop sales presentations, proposals, and marketing strategies.
- Participate in negotiations and help manage customer contracts.
- Utilize analytical tools to produce revenue and expense benchmarks.
- Shadow Account Managers to build value propositions with partners.
Launch Program Components
- Four-day orientation to build skills and Mastercard culture.
- Professional skills workshops and innovation sessions.
- Social impact and global volunteer challenges.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or accelerated master’s program graduating Winter 2025 - Spring 2026.
- Innovative thinking with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starter attitude.
- Ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments.
Location & Work Arrangement
The position is based in either Purchase, NY or New York City, NY. Candidates are expected to work at least 3 days per week in the assigned office location.
Application Process & Compensation
