Job Description
The Sr Manager, Regional Dealer Sales reports directly to the VP, Sales Dealer and is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive profitable sales growth of MasterBrand's cabinet portfolio in New York and Pennsylvania. The role manages Dealer channel sales, achieves sales targets, and elevates customer satisfaction through strategic planning and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage execution of strategic sales plans and meet/exceed performance metrics.
- Develop market sales strategies leveraging the full MasterBrand portfolio.
- Coach, develop, and lead a high performance sales team.
- Foster strong relationships with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with demand planning and marketing teams for sales forecasting.
- Audit competitors and gather market feedback for insight generation.
- Ensure effective management of escalated customer issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication or related field.
- 5-8 years of Channel Sales experience, preferably in construction or remodel industries.
- Proven record of strategic sales planning and profitable market growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with continuous improvement processes.
- Must be able to travel 50% and possess a valid driver's license.
