About Hair Care ΕΠΕ and Goldwell Greece
Hair Care ΕΠΕ, the exclusive representative of Goldwell in Greece and Cyprus, is seeking a Marketing & Brand Strategist based in Athens. This role involves leading the integrated development strategy for Goldwell in the Greek market, combining strategic branding with effective marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities for the Marketing & Brand Strategist
- Design and implement comprehensive Brand and Marketing Strategies.
- Execute digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, Social Media management, and Email campaigns.
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Return on Investment (ROI) to optimize marketing activities.
- Orchestrate new product launches and develop impactful commercial campaigns.
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales department and external agencies.
- Organize and manage participation in industry events and exhibitions.
Candidate Profile
- Hold a degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Possess 4+ years of experience in Marketing or Brand Strategy.
- Demonstrate the ability to make data-driven strategic decisions.
- Exhibit excellent proficiency in English.
- Experience in the Beauty, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or B2B sectors is preferred.
