Responsibilities
- Oversee financial performance for the project and track ongoing work in progress projections.
- Facilitate negotiations with vendors and ensure proper contract execution and compliance with the Contract Documents.
- Collaborate with Operations and Scheduling to organize and monitor project timelines, milestones, and overall scheduling utilizing Primavera P6.
- Maintain and promote relations with Project Stakeholders.
- Monitor and control overall project expenses.
- Analyze and review critical shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.
- Review as-built documentation and confirm compliance with the Contract Documents as the project progresses.
- Ensure safety standards and regulations are followed on the project.
- Organize and manage subcontractor activities and coordination.
- Forecast workforce needs and manage labor and equipment allocations.
- Mentor and develop Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in water and wastewater construction; or equivalent experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all Project Stakeholders.
