About the Role: Teamlead Customer Marketing Boutique Brands

Join the Mast-Jägermeister Deutschland GmbH family and take on a pivotal role as a strategic leader for boutique brands like Gin Sul, Teremana, and Jägermeister Manifest. We're looking for an ambitious and innovative individual to drive economic growth and emotional positioning through clever marketing strategies.

What Awaits You:

  • New Avenues: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies across Off-Trade, On-Trade, and E-commerce, always striving for Commercial Excellence.
  • Leadership: Lead the Customer Marketing Team, external agencies, and interdisciplinary project teams with clarity, motivation, and strategic foresight.
  • Brand Responsibility: Collaborate closely with international stakeholders (e.g., Altonaer Spirituosen Manufaktur, Teremana USA) to ensure brand guidelines are met and marketing initiatives are effectively and efficiently executed.
  • Budget Management: Take responsibility for planning, controlling, and optimizing marketing budgets, confidently negotiating with internal and external partners.
  • Analysis & Strategy: Utilize market trends and consumer data to derive strategic actions, continuously optimizing brand positioning and campaign effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Create impactful reports and presentations to transparently showcase progress and successes to management and stakeholders, with a strong focus on outcomes.
  • Team Culture: Develop your team, foster personal responsibility, and create an inspiring, performance-driven work atmosphere.

What You Bring:

  • Background: A completed university degree (business administration) with a focus on Marketing or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience: At least 5–8 years of professional experience in Customer Marketing, ideally within the spirits or beverage industry, with a focus on Trade Marketing, Brand Management, and Portfolio Management.
  • Leadership Competence: Proven track record of successfully leading teams and implementing complex marketing strategies.
  • Analysis & Communication: Combine analytical acumen with strong communication skills – You understand how to interpret complex data and market trends, and clearly and persuasively communicate them to strategically engage stakeholders and effectively influence decisions.
  • Mindset & Drive: Strategic thinker, pragmatic doer, with a strong hands-on mentality – fluent in both German and English.
