Overview
The Research Policy Associate I position at Massachusetts Institute of Technology is an opportunity to join Professor Amy Finkelstein’s research team in the field of economics. In this role, you will work with data sets, perform cleaning and error checks, prepare data for analysis, assist with onboarding new staff, maintain project documentation, and support literature reviews, institutional review board applications, and academic paper preparations.

Job Requirements
A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of research experience are required. A strong quantitative background combined with computer skills and programming experience is essential. The candidate should have an excellent academic record and the ability to work independently.
- Preferred research assistant experience.
- Background in economics and technical research skills.
- Interest in pursuing a Ph.D. in economics is a plus.
