Overview

Mass General Brigham Health Plan Holding Company, Inc. is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Developer. Job Summary

Utilize Microsoft Business Intelligence tools such as SSMS, SSAS, SSIS and PowerBI to develop and support operational, clinical, and financial analysis. Work with Data Scientists by developing efficient SQL queries and data processes to support machine learning and AI initiatives.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with end users, analysts, and technical staff to design and enhance BI capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain existing cubes, queries and processes.
  • Develop efficient SQL queries to support data science projects.
  • Document business intelligence processes and provide subject matter expertise.
  • Manage relevant analytics projects including meeting facilitation and resource management.
  • Provide training and mentorship on analytic and reporting systems.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. Five to seven years experience in business intelligence development or a similar role is required. Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft BI tools (SSMS, SSAS, SSIS, PowerBI), and understanding data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL best practices is essential. Knowledge in Python, R and statistical analysis is a plus. Experience in the Health Insurance industry is also beneficial.

Additional Details
