Job Summary
The Physical Security Systems Application Specialist is responsible for providing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining new and existing software applications. In addition, this role supports end users with training and ongoing assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review system requirements and business processes.
- Test, debug and implement software solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans and quality assurance tasks.
- Create end-user documentation and training materials.
- Run reports, update tables and maintain the software environment.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss updates and issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience; 2-3 years in software development, support, or operation required. Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and other productivity solutions.
Additional Information
This is an on-site role located at 15 Parkman Street. Scheduled weekly hours are 40 at a competitive salary ranging from approximately $73,798 to $107,400 annually. Comprehensive benefits, career advancement opportunities, and a supportive work environment are provided.
