Job Summary
The Information Security Analyst II operates existing security processes, identifies areas for improvement, and may implement enhancements. This role collaborates with multiple teams within MGB Digital, supports cybersecurity program management with process improvement, resource management, and performance tracking, and mentors junior team members.
Essential Functions
- Independently manage and improve security processes.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
- Collaborate across teams to drive cybersecurity improvements.
- Engage in project-level efforts to enhance capabilities.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and implement improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience with strong cybersecurity understanding, proficiency in team-supported tools, analytical problem-solving, and effective communication skills. An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required, with experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
Additional Details
This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 onsite days per week at 399 Revolution Drive, with remote work available when necessary. Compensation includes competitive base pay, benefits, career advancement opportunities, and performance recognition.
