Job Summary
The Information Security Analyst I at Mass General Brigham leverages existing systems and data to operate security controls within their domain. Working under close supervision, the role involves executing pre-defined processes, providing clear documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve security processes.
Essential Functions
- Operate existing processes under supervision to support end users.
- Identify and articulate improvements where appropriate.
- Collaborate with Analysts and other security units regarding identified concerns.
- Research updates to policies, standards, or emerging technology.
- Document processes, ticket resolution, decisions, and systems clearly.
Qualifications
Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
Experience: 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: Basic cybersecurity concepts, familiarity with standard tools, ability to follow defined processes, and effective teamwork.
Work Arrangement & Additional Details
This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 onsite days per week at 399 Revolution Drive, with the balance being remote. M-F Eastern Business Hours are required.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay estimates range from approximately $61,610 to $88,005 annually, complemented by benefits, career progression opportunities, and additional performance factors.
