Mass General Brigham is seeking a dedicated Immigrant Health Program Coordinator to support the MGH Center for Immigrant Health and Asylum Clinic. This role involves administrative and operational support and is ideal for candidates with interests in public health, social work, health administration, or nonprofit management.
Job Responsibilities
The Immigrant Health Program Coordinator will:
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communications.
- Manage referral systems and coordinate with legal partners and clinical providers.
- Supervise administrative volunteers and interns while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Assist with program development, grant proposal writing, and data management using tools such as REDCap and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize community outreach events and support internal communications and reporting requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. A Bachelor’s Degree is required with additional preference for advanced degree holders. Experience in healthcare or nonprofit settings and bilingual abilities are preferred.
