Job Summary
The Business Analyst will participate in designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining software applications. You will assist in training and supporting end users, document business processes and workflows, translate requirements into functional specifications, perform testing and software quality assurance tasks, and provide ongoing support for software operations.
Essential Functions
- Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop and execute testing plans and quality assurance tasks.
- Provide support for software applications and resolve issues timely.
- Train end users and develop related documentation.
- Run reports and maintain the software environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Related IT experience in healthcare IT environment (0-1 year preferred).
- Experience in end-user support and documenting workflows.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and office productivity solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
Additional Details
The position is structured as a hybrid work model with a mix of on-site and remote work. Work is based at 399 Revolution Drive during Eastern business hours. The job includes comprehensive benefits, career advancement, and recognition programs.
