About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Analyst to join our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing robust risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures across the organization. You will lead risk assessments, identify emerging risks, and provide strategic insights to senior management to enhance our risk resilience and decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, including financial, operational, strategic, and compliance risks.
- Identify, analyze, and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with various business units to foster a strong risk culture and ensure adherence to risk policies.
- Prepare and present risk reports and insights to senior management and relevant committees.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the risk management team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing ERM frameworks.
- Strong understanding of various risk types (credit, market, operational, liquidity, compliance).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or CFA are a plus.
