About the role
Assistant Manager - Technology
Mashreq Corporate & Investment Banking Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Technology team. This role is crucial for managing and supporting our critical banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in the Oracle Digital Banking platform.
- Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Flexcube within a large banking environment.
- Manage a team responsible for Production Application Support, adhering to ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management).
- Oversee the monitoring of a large infrastructure inventory (20+ servers) across complex cloud and non-cloud environments.
- Address and fix security vulnerabilities for both application and infrastructure components.
- Be hands-on with core technologies including Database (SQL PLSQL), JAVA (J2EE), and Microservices.
- Possess a strong understanding of Weblogic and Oracle technologies.
