Your Team, Your Impact

As an Analog IC Design Staff Engineer at Marvell, you will join the Central Engineering business group. Imagine Marvell as a wheel with Central Engineering as the hub, providing IP utilized by Automotive, Storage, Security, and Networking teams. You will work with a focused analog team making a significant impact while enjoying opportunities to learn diverse engineering disciplines and dive deep into your specialization.

What You Can Expect

  • Understand product requirements and constraints.
  • Execute 2.5D and 3D analysis of power delivery networks and signal routing.
  • Build customer-usable system models for simulations.
  • Recommend improvements to physical designs at the die, package, and PCB levels.
  • Correlate lab measurements to simulation models for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze manufacturing variations and design constraints to improve yield and product robustness.

What We're Looking For

  • MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Signal/Power Integrity or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with standard interfaces like PCIe, Ethernet, and DDR.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of transmission lines, RF design, and EM theory.
  • Experience with SI software such as HFSS, SIWave, Hyperlynx, Keysight ADS, Clarity, or Sigrity.
