Your Team, Your Impact
As an Analog IC Design Staff Engineer at Marvell, you will join the Central Engineering business group. Imagine Marvell as a wheel with Central Engineering as the hub, providing IP utilized by Automotive, Storage, Security, and Networking teams. You will work with a focused analog team making a significant impact while enjoying opportunities to learn diverse engineering disciplines and dive deep into your specialization.
What You Can Expect
- Understand product requirements and constraints.
- Execute 2.5D and 3D analysis of power delivery networks and signal routing.
- Build customer-usable system models for simulations.
- Recommend improvements to physical designs at the die, package, and PCB levels.
- Correlate lab measurements to simulation models for continuous improvement.
- Analyze manufacturing variations and design constraints to improve yield and product robustness.
What We're Looking For
- MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Signal/Power Integrity or similar roles.
- Familiarity with standard interfaces like PCIe, Ethernet, and DDR.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of transmission lines, RF design, and EM theory.
- Experience with SI software such as HFSS, SIWave, Hyperlynx, Keysight ADS, Clarity, or Sigrity.
