Summary

As a member of the Martin's Family, the Product Coordinator Helper assists in the coordination of baskets within the Product Coordinating area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Move baskets to designated areas.
• Ensure the basket line runs smoothly.
• Monitor and fill basket lines with empty baskets.
• Facilitate basket line repairs for jams or breakdowns.
• Re-tag baskets as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in trailers, stale area, and warehouse.
• Keep inventories of invalid, broken and dirty baskets.
• Adhere to safety, food safety, quality, and GMP regulations.

Qualifications

A High School Diploma or GED is required. Related experience or training is helpful. Ability to operate an Electric Pallet Jack is required, along with basic PC, HMI equipment, and handheld scanner skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The candidate must be capable of walking, standing, and lifting up to 25 pounds routinely, and occasionally heavier loads. They will work in environments with moderate noise, varying temperature, and occasional wet conditions.
