How We Operate
As a CEO or CTO inside Martell Ventures, you will operate like a founder owning vision, execution, and upside. You will partner with proven entrepreneurs and elite technical builders in two-person founding teams to incubate high-leverage AI startups in a 90-day sprint model. Every venture launches with capital, distribution, execution playbooks, and hands-on support from 8-figure founders and GTM operators.

The Role at Ex Co-Founder
We are looking for an experienced operator who has lived the 0–1 journey in SaaS. As an Ex Co-Founder at Martell Ventures, you will be the commercial lead behind new ventures. You will shape go-to-market strategies, validate revenue models, and drive early sales traction. This role bridges the gap between idea and market demand with a founder mindset blended with disciplined execution.
- Lead customer discovery and early revenue generation.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Manage outbound and inbound sales efforts.
- Build strong customer relationships for growth.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams.
What You Bring
You should have proven experience as a SaaS operator or founder, a strong background in sales, customer development, and GTM design, and the ability to turn feedback into actionable opportunities. You need to thrive in fast-moving environments and be data-literate and customer-driven.
Preferred candidates will also bring early executive experience in B2B SaaS, technical sales or product-led growth expertise, and familiarity with AI-driven tools.
