Product Manager at Marsh Risk

As a Product Manager at Marsh Risk, you will be instrumental in leading the full lifecycle of complex projects, spanning multiple business units. This role involves a blend of strategic planning, meticulous execution, and effective communication, all aimed at driving successful business outcomes within a global leader in risk and reinsurance.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the design, development, and implementation of business perspective work plans to determine the required tasks/resources (process, functional, etc.) for complex projects spanning multiple business units.
  • Develops, communicates, and oversees a project plan for project teams.
  • Prepares reporting and communications to stakeholders on project status, schedule, and costs.
  • Oversees work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans, ensuring they remain within time, budgets, and specification constraints.
  • Identifies and anticipates risks and issues; facilitates resolution, mitigation, and appropriate escalation.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a new Product Manager position. The base salary range for this role is $127,100 to $177,100, with the exact compensation determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. Performance-based incentives may also be available.
