Marsh McLennan India pvt ltd is seeking candidates for our Mumbai, Hiranandani Office. This Presentation Designer role involves producing quality and on-brand collateral for digital and print, primarily presentations. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling, brand-consistent slides, incorporating feedback, and meeting strict deadlines. This position demands a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Production: Manage the entire presentation design process, from initial concept to final delivery. Revise presentations based on feedback and continuously improve upon them.
• Content and Layout: Strategically organize content, develop clear structures, and design effective layouts to enhance readability and visual impact.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all generated collaterals strictly adhere to company branding guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual style, and effectively incorporating brand voice and messaging.
• Project Management: Balance ideation with multiple projects and timely delivery, all while upholding corporate brand standards.
• Quality Assurance: Possess excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate and high-quality outputs.
• Team Collaboration: Act as an excellent team player, building collaborative working relationships with colleagues across global teams.
• Process Improvement: Create processes or templates that empower colleagues to quickly create or modify slides in line with acceptable brand guidelines and using approved, up-to-date assets.

Qualifications & Skills

• A graduate degree or certification in Applied Arts / Graphic Design is required.
• Possess a keen eye for clean, artful, and professional designs, with critical attention to detail.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud/Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong command of MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Foundational knowledge of graphic design fundamentals, such as typography, color theory, hierarchy, contrast, and grid/alignments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with globally placed colleagues.
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
