How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision

Marq AI is seeking a Brand Protection Investigator to join its Legal and Expert Services Team. Reporting to the Expert Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for conducting brand protection investigations and coordinating with global partner firms for test purchases and demand letters.

What You'll Achieve as a Brand Protection Investigator

• Conduct investigative Test Purchases and prepare client reports.
• Communicate effectively with global partners on legal actions for clients.
• Facilitate ongoing client investigations through internal communication.
• Research online sellers and international IP laws.
• Execute actions against counterfeit sellers.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of ongoing cases.
• Coordinate test purchase operations across Europe and the Americas, ensuring timely execution and accurate reporting.
• Provide or assist in providing other brand protection services as required by customers.

Skills You'll Need to Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (reading, writing, speaking) in a business environment.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in following guidelines.
• Experience in multicultural environments and managing work across different time zones.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a legal environment (e.g., Law Firms, Corporate Legal Teams).
• Prior experience with counterfeit goods authentication or investigative work.
• Ability to read and write Korean.

Interview Process

The interview process includes Application Review, Screening Interview, Hiring Manager Interview, Culture Fit Interview, and a Final Interview. All documents should be submitted as a PDF. This is a full-time position with a 3-month probationary period. Accuracy of submitted information is crucial.
