Job Description
About the Role: Advanced Sales Planning Specialist
Marquardt Group is seeking an Advanced Sales Planning Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for global sales and revenue planning, contributing significantly to our Automotive and Commercial Vehicles divisions. You will work closely with operational sales units to develop, analyze, and maintain various planning cycles.
Qualifications
- Completed business administration degree (BWL, Economics, Finance, Controlling, Industrial Engineering or comparable qualification) or a comparable commercial education.
- Several years of professional experience in sales planning (alternatively controlling).
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
- High affinity for numbers and experience in data analysis and preparation.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP) – knowledge of SAP BI and Data Warehouse is an advantage.
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel).
- Analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for global revenue and sales planning (Automotive and Commercial Vehicles).
- Creation, analysis, and maintenance of global short-, medium-, and long-term revenue and sales plans in close cooperation with operational sales units.
- Determination, maintenance, and tracking of price data in SAP as a basis for revenue and sales planning.
- Identification and analysis of planning deviations.
- Analysis, preparation, and provision of market and customer data.
- Support for the budget, forecast, and Sales & Operation process.
- Preparation of regular reports and management analyses.
- Implementation and further development of planning processes, tools, and KPIs in an international environment.
