Overview
The Technical Account Manager EU UK at Marqeta serves as a trusted technical and payments advisor to strategically important customers. The role involves managing all technical aspects of customer relationships throughout the lifecycle and collaborating with internal teams to win new business and increase customer value.
The Impact You’ll Have
- Trusted Technical Advisor: Lead technical discussions and implementations to ensure customer success.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Address near-term technical issues and plan for long-term strategy.
- Customer Advocate: Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to shape the platform roadmap.
Who You Are
You have 5+ years in customer-facing roles like Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting. Your excellent communication skills allow you to articulate complex technical issues to various audiences. Your ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems resourcefully, and build customer relationships is critical. Experience with APIs and a strong fintech background (acquiring, networks, point-of-sale, issuing) are highly valued.
