Overview
As Marqeta’s People Business Partner Director Technology, you will partner with a new CTO to enhance leadership capabilities and the overall Marqetan experience for our Technology teams. You will provide leadership coaching, drive change management initiatives, and ensure the successful adoption of various people programs.
The Impact You’ll Have
- Coach and consult with leaders and managers on people-related matters.
- Define and implement standards for high-performance engineering teams.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across the People Experience organization.
- Advise on talent moves, retention strategies and succession planning.
- Design and lead people initiatives including performance management and engagement surveys.
Who You Are
You have 10+ years of progressive experience in People Business Partner roles with 5+ years partnering with technical organizations. You are analytical, proactive, and a trusted advisor with a proven ability to drive change, align strategic priorities and build strong relationships.
Nice-To-Haves
BA/BS or equivalent experience; advanced degree and HR certifications (PHR/SPHR) are preferred. Experience supporting C-suite leaders is a plus.
Your Manager & Process
This position reports to Jonathan Lund, Global Head of People Business Partners. The process includes application submission, video calls with recruiters and hiring managers, virtual onsite interviews and an offer.
