We’re looking for hands-on Production Associates to join our Production team in Sydney (Wetherill Park 2164 NSW).

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping to prepare, handle, and pack high-quality products that bring joy to our customers’ kitchens.

What You’ll Do as a Production Associate

• Receive, handle, pick, and pack products following established procedures.
• Accurately record and track work using our systems and tools.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process; inspect products for damage or defects.
• Monitor shelf life and expiry dates to minimise waste and maintain product freshness.
• Report issues or discrepancies to supervisors early to support smooth workflow.
• Work collaboratively across teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and workplace policies.

What You’ll Bring

• Available to work 2 days per week on Fridays and Mondays, with flexible start times from 6:00 AM (shifts may vary). Additional shifts may be available in the future.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy — you notice issues and take action.
• A proactive, team-first attitude — you jump in where needed and support your crew.
• Clear and respectful communication with team members and supervisors.
• Reliability — you show up ready to do your part in getting meals out the door.
• A safety-first mindset that cares for yourself and those around you.
• Previous experience in production, warehouse, or food handling is great — but not essential. We’ll give you the training you need to succeed.
