Join our team at Marks and Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in the Clothing & Home section. You will be a brand ambassador, recommending fashionable products and ensuring a remarkable shopping experience through exceptional customer service.
Work Pattern
The role involves working on the following days and times:
- Thursday: 14:30 - 18:30
- Friday: 14:30 - 18:30
- Saturday: 14:30 - 18:30
- Up to full-time during weeks commencing 14th and 21st December due to operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
- Keep the store clean and shelves stocked with products.
- Monitor and strive to achieve daily sales targets and promotions.
- Engage proactively with customers, understand their needs, and deliver recommendations.
- Build expert product knowledge through training and hands-on use of digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices.
