Role Overview
The Senior Analyst IT Program Reporting builds and optimizes automated program and financial reporting using tools such as AWS, Power BI, and Excel. This role integrates data to deliver accurate KPIs and actionable insights, supporting IT program management with performance dashboards linked to business value outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Deliver automated reporting for program health, financial performance, and delivery risk.
- Replace manual spreadsheets with scalable Power BI dashboards and automated Excel models.
- Ensure data quality through robust modeling, validation, and controls.
- Collaborate to define clear KPIs and scorecards aligning work with business objectives.
- Provide mentorship and training to peers.
What You Have
- Over 4 years in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting automation.
- Expert Excel skills and strong Power BI abilities (DAX/Power Query).
- Experience with JIRA, Asana, AWS, and workflow automation tools.
- Knowledge of agile/project management methodologies and program/financial reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
