As a Part-Time Event & Experience Team Member, you will be instrumental in bringing the Dillon’s brand to life, both at our distillery and within the wider community. You will help deliver our signature guest experiences and represent Dillon’s at various markets, festivals, and offsite events.
What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities will encompass event execution, brand representation, and retail/guest support.

- Support all on-property events, including markets, pop-ups, and large-scale festivals.
- Ensure safety and compliance in production-adjacent areas during tours.
- Encourage and report retail purchases following experiences and tours.
- Assist store staff in meeting sales goals set by management.
- Promote Sipping Society sign-ups, email capture, and upcoming events.
- Brand Representation:

- Engage warmly and professionally with guests, partners, and vendors, effectively representing our story, craft, and spirits.
- Retail & Guest Support:
- Undergo comprehensive training on Dillon’s spirits, production processes, and tour information.
- Provide support in our retail store on an as-needed basis, delivering exceptional guest service and product knowledge.
- Lead engaging distillery tours, covering production overviews, grain-to-glass storytelling, our unique process, and tasting education.
- Tailor tour depth to suit various audience types, from enthusiasts to newcomers.
What You Bring
We are looking for individuals with a strong background in hospitality and a passion for creating exceptional guest interactions.
- Proven hospitality or customer service experience, demonstrating an ability to make guests feel welcome, informed, and cared for.
- An upbeat, people-first attitude combined with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- An interest in cocktails and spirits; prior experience is beneficial but not essential, as comprehensive training on the "Dillon’s way" will be provided.
- Smart Serve Ontario certification (required before your start date).
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as dictated by event schedules.
- Physical ability to lift and move event materials, aligning with typical event setup requirements.
What We Offer
Join a team that values creativity, authenticity, and outstanding hospitality.
- Comprehensive training on our spirits, brand story, and guest experience standards.
- A dynamic, fun, and collaborative work environment.
- Opportunities for growth within a unique craft spirits setting.
- A chance to be part of a team that values creativity, authenticity, and great hospitality.
- Staff discounts on spirits and merchandise (25%).
- Competitive pay at $20/hour.
