About the Role

The Service Coordinator role is critical in expanding operations in the Nordics. You will serve as a vital link between customers, service technicians, and internal departments to ensure service and maintenance activities are scheduled, tracked, executed, and closed with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule service, maintenance, and inspection activities across Finland and Sweden.
  • Serve as the primary contact for service-related customer communication.
  • Support service engineers with service planning, documentation, spare parts coordination, and job preparation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of service reports, work orders, and invoicing support.
  • Maintain and update service data in ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Handle warranty requests and assist in managing claims.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in service coordination, customer service, or technical administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in Swedish and Finnish; proficiency in English.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
  • Experience with Salesforce and a technical education/background is an advantage.
