Role Summary

The Senior Practice Leader - Specialty, Network Administration manages and provides operational leadership to multi-site/multi-specialty ambulatory clinics. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with policies, maximizing financial performance, fostering team collaboration, and enhancing the patient experience through quality clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-site service lines and ensure adherence to enterprise goals.
  • Collaborate with physician dyads to drive superior clinical outcomes.
  • Develop and implement practice business plans and performance metrics.
  • Oversee budgets, capital, and operational expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal and local regulatory standards.
  • Act as a revenue cycle expert and provide guidance on claim accuracy.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships within the network.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Management or related field (Master's preferred). Five or more years of management experience in multi-site healthcare environments are required. Experience with electronic medical records and practice management systems (EPIC/APeX) is a plus.

Work Environment & Shift

This is a full-time role with a standard 8-hour day shift, totaling 40 hours per week. The position is based in Novato, CA.
