Role Overview: Endpoint Device Analyst
Join our Mariner Innovations team in client-based projects. Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, technical experts, and vendors to deliver best of breed solutions to new and existing customers. Opportunities include full-time employees, contract employees, and Independent Contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CIS teams for endpoint device deployment across healthcare facilities.
- Engage with operational and clinical teams during site visits to capture requirements.
- Contribute to testing, disaster recovery, and user acceptance plans.
- Support vendor assessments and project lifecycle activities.
- Perform testing and validation of endpoint configurations.
- Manage hardware lifecycle including procurement, imaging, asset tracking, and decommissioning.
- Gather user feedback to refine endpoint performance.
- Ensure endpoint security with patch management and antivirus updates.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and support guides.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience in engagement, communications, and training initiatives.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Experience with Windows and Thin Client endpoints.
- Expertise with Endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune) and Presentation Systems (Citrix, Horizon, AVD).
- Willingness to travel throughout New Brunswick and perform on-site work.
